MUTTON KEEMA KOFTA CURRY:
Ingredients for kofta:
Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls and keep them aside.

- 1/2 kg Mutton keema (grind again in grinder)
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Inch ginger grated
- 1 Green chili chopped
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 Cup besan (gram flour) roasted in pan
- 1 Teaspoon garam masala
Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls and keep them aside.
Ingredients for curry:
- 3 Onions grind to paste
- 2 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
- 2 Teaspoon coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
- 1 Teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 Teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 2 Finely chopped tomatoes
- 3 Tablespoon mustard oil
- Heat the oil in a deep pan. Add onion and ginger garlic paste,fry the masala for sometime then add the dry masala and fry
- Add the tomatoes and fry till you see the oil coming out of masala
- Add salt and enough water (3 glasses)
- When the gravy starts boiling add the raw meat balls slowly one by one
- It should be a slow process
- Slowly stir the gravy until the gravy starts to thicken up.
- Add the chopped mint leaves to masala and fry till the oil comes out
- Add some water to it and bring to a boil.
- Garnish it with some coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
