HUNG CURD DIP 
Ingredients:

- 200 gm Good quality curd, 1/4cup milk and 1/4 cup cream
 - 1 Onion
 - 1 Capsicum
 - 1 Carrot
 - 3-4 Cloves of garlic
 - 1 Green chili
 - 1/4 Teaspoon of black pepper (finely crushed)
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 Teaspoon sugar
 
Method:
- Chop all the vegetables finely.
 - Put the curd in a fine cloth and hang it for around 1/2 hour .
 - Turn the curd in a bowl ans mix it slowly with a spoon .
 - Add all the vegetables and mix slowly.
 - Add the milk to it and then the cream and mix slowly.
 - Finally add salt, pepper and sugar.
 - Chill it and serve with Nachos, carrots and cucumbers, and gram crackers.
