Chutney Recepies

The Indian chutney to spice and savour any food :
Here are two chutney recipes for you-
                                                                        
                                                 GREEN CHUTNEY
Also known as coriander chutney.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Bunch of fresh coriander leaves
  • 15 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 5 - 6 Green chilies
  • Salt to taste
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients in the grinder * Add no water to it while mixing.
Your chutney is ready.


                                        MINT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Bunch of mint leaves taken out from stem
  • 4-5 Green chilies
  • 2 Green mangoes peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon black salt
  • 4 teaspoon salt
METHOD:
Grind all the ingredients in a grinder with little water.
Your mint chutney is ready.
