Here are two chutney recipes for you-
GREEN CHUTNEY
Also known as coriander chutney.
INGREDIENTS:
Mix all the ingredients in the grinder * Add no water to it while mixing.
Your chutney is ready.
MINT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:
Grind all the ingredients in a grinder with little water.
Your mint chutney is ready.

- 1 Bunch of fresh coriander leaves
- 15 Cloves of garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 5 - 6 Green chilies
- Salt to taste

MINT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Bunch of mint leaves taken out from stem
- 4-5 Green chilies
- 2 Green mangoes peeled and cut into thin slices
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon black salt
- 4 teaspoon salt
Grind all the ingredients in a grinder with little water.
Your mint chutney is ready.
