Potato cheese cutlet recepie

 POTATO CHEESE CUTLETS -
The fine evening snacks for family and friends -


INGREDIENTS:
Outer covering-
  • 10-12 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala (a blend of spices)
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 2-3 tablespoon of corn flour / 3-4 bread slices
METHOD:
  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Add the coriander in the mashed potatoes.
  • Add the garam masala and red chili powder ,then add the corn flour or bread slices and mix everything well .
INGREDIENTS:
Inner Filling-
  • 3 Cubes of cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon green chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
METHOD:
  • Grate the cheese
  • Take a small of potato mix and place a small quantity of cheese filling and bind it well if the form of a cutlet.
  • Follow the same procedure for the rest
  • Heat the oil for deep frying
  • Put the cutlet in the hot oil and take it out after it turns  reddish brown in color
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
