PANEER KHEER

                                   PANEER KHEER

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 liter milk
  • 250 gram Paneer or cottage cheese grated
  • 12-16 Almonds chopped
  • 4 Green cardamom crushed well
  • Mix kesar in 4 teaspoon of warm milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • Silver vark
METHOD:
  • Boil the milk till it reduces to almost 3/4th of the quantity.
  • Add Paneer and boil it well again on low flame.
  • Add almonds, cardamom, sugar and boil till the kheer thickens.
  • Turn it into a serving bowl and chill.
  • Add saffron milk and cover it with silver vark.
