PANEER KHEER

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 liter milk
 - 250 gram Paneer or cottage cheese grated
 - 12-16 Almonds chopped
 - 4 Green cardamom crushed well
 - Mix kesar in 4 teaspoon of warm milk
 - 1 1/2 cup sugar
 - Silver vark
 
- Boil the milk till it reduces to almost 3/4th of the quantity.
 - Add Paneer and boil it well again on low flame.
 - Add almonds, cardamom, sugar and boil till the kheer thickens.
 - Turn it into a serving bowl and chill.
 - Add saffron milk and cover it with silver vark.
