- 25 gm Sabut /Black masoor dal
 - 1inch Grated ginger
 - 1 Onion chopped
 - 8 Cloves of garlic
 
- 1 Black cardamom
 - 1 Green cardamom
 - 6 Black pepper
 - 4 Cloves
 - 1/2 inch Cinnamon/dalchini
 - 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
 - 1 Teaspoon chili powder
 - 1 Bay leaf
 
- 2 Finally chopped onions
 - 2 Green chilies chopped
 - Some finally chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
 
- Wash the dal and add all the ingredients for boiling in a pressure cooker with 1 1/2 cup of water.
 - After 4 whistles check the dal and whether the water has dried up.
 - Take out the dal and grind it in the grinder to a soft dough.
 - Mix the other ingredients to the dough and make small kebab.
 - Shallow fry on the on stick pan on both sides till crisp.
 - Serve hot with sliced onion and green chutney.
